Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for a travel assignment in Plattsburgh, NY. This role requires working in a dynamic acute inpatient environment, with a focus on telemetry and advanced patient care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Monitor and assess patients requiring close observation and care
• Administer and titrate medications, including cardiac and insulin drips
• Perform and document EKGs and other required tests
• Initiate and manage IV therapy post-cardiac catheterization
• Provide care and monitoring for patients undergoing acute coronary syndrome therapy
• Participate in the Resource Float team to support various units as needed

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Valid NY RN license required at time of submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications, NIHSS required before start
• Minimum of 1 year of telemetry experience
• Epic experience within the past 2 years is required
