Effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team are essential. The nurse will have a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5-6. Floating to other campuses may be required. The RN must be willing to work 1-2 of the upcoming summer holidays unless the unit is closed. A comprehensive understanding of telemetry and related equipment is necessary.
