This exciting opportunity allows you to work in a dynamic and fast-paced Level 1 trauma environment, providing critical care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit. Key Responsibilities of the PCU Registered Nurse- Titrate pressors as necessary
- Provide care in a Level 1 trauma environment
- Utilize Epic for patient documentation
- Float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU and other boarding units as needed
- Manage patient ratios of 1:3-5
Requirements of the PCU Registered Nurse- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience in a Level 1 trauma setting preferred
- Knowledge and experience with Epic required
- Must have passed day one pass/fail testing
- Must be able to float in 4-hour blocks if required
