Recovery and monitoring of patients in need of specialized care is emphasized. Candidates must be comfortable with diverse patient diagnoses including joint replacements and post-op neurosurgery. Essential skills include managing IVs, monitoring telemetry, and assisting with wound care. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy. A supportive environment with rapid response teams and specialty services is provided for patient care. The unit will focus on adult and geriatric populations. The facility has 48 beds in the designated area for recovery and rehabilitation.
