Description:
The position requires a comprehensive understanding of cardiac telemetry and stepdown nursing.
The nurse will be responsible for the care of cardiac surgery patients following ICU discharge.
Management of chest tubes and dysrhythmias is essential.
The nurse will work rotating shifts, encompassing both days and nights.
Weekend shifts will be required every other week.
Applicants must have an active state license prior to submission.
BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
The role necessitates the ability to interpret dysrhythmias and manage various cardiac protocols.
Candidates should be experienced with IV management, cardiac drips, and non-invasive airway management.
