Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Intermediate Medical Care Unit (IMCU) – Georgia

Schedule: 48 hours per week; IMCU setting with 10-16 bed capacity; nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4
Highlights:
- Comprehensive case mix including sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, substance abuse, and encephalopathy
- Experience with Heparin drips and advanced medical management required
- Intermediate care setting bridging ICU and med-surg acuity levels
- Immediate start date available for qualified candidates

Requirements:
- Active Georgia RN license or compact state license
- Minimum 2 years of recent IMCU, Stepdown, or comparable acute care experience
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
