Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Step-Down Unit – Georgia

Start Date: October 4, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Medical step-down unit, 6-20 beds, 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio. Possible float to other intermediate care units as needed. Mandatory holiday coverage required (Thanksgiving or day after, plus Christmas Eve/Day or New Year's Eve/Day).

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in Georgia or compact state licensure
  • Minimum 2 years of recent medical step-down or intermediate care experience
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • Ability to manage complex medical conditions and high-acuity patients
  • Flexibility to float to other intermediate care units as needed
  • Availability to work required holiday coverage
