Description: Looking for qualified nurses to staff an inpatient observation unit. The unit consists of 28 beds including medical beds and trauma overflow beds. Patients will vary from lower to higher acuity. Nurses will be responsible for managing mid-hold patients. Holidays will be a required expectation for this role. Candidates must be prepared for a dynamic and evolving clinical environment. Strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations are essential.
