IMCU, 16-10 beds, ratio: 1 to 4, 48hr contract, ASAP start type of patients: Sepsis, Heart Failure, Hypertensive emergency, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, TDM2, substance abuse, encephalopathy. In addition, they must work either Christmas Eve and Christmas Day OR New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
