Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for a travel assignment in Louisville, KY. This role requires competency in several critical care skills and offers the opportunity to work with a range of complex diagnoses within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Provide specialized nursing care including trach care, chest tube management, and PIV starts
• Manage Bipap, high flow oxygen and administer blood products
• Monitor cardiac telemetry and handle central line care
• Administer infusions including milrinone and heparin drips
• Collaborate with PCAs, CNAs, respiratory therapists, and hospitalists

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Valid BLS and NIHSS certifications
• Completion of Vistelar training specific to UofL
• Minimum of 1 year overall nursing experience with 6 months in neuro
