At least 1 travel contract completed preferred. License: State license required Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) Must-Have: Chest tubes, femstops, trachs, CBIs, drains, central lines required. Experience with amiodarone, Cardizem, Nitro, insulin, heparin, dopamine, dobutamine, Isuprel, Milrinone, Argatroban, with some titration required. Profile should include a valid driver's license. Work history/resume required. Skills checklist must have been completed within 1 year of submission date. License verification required. One supervisory reference required at the time of submission. Description: Quickly interviewing viable candidates. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. This unit has historically maintained a 1:7 patient ratio. The high volume of open travel needs is a direct response to improve this ratio. The more travelers who fill the vacancies, the lower the ratio will be. Traveler will be required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day). Must not have been an employee of this organization in the last 12 months.
