Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years License: Valid State License: Compact license required Certifications: ACLS BLS NIHSS Must-Have: Previous Charge Experience: 2 years Patient Ratio Experience: Required charting experience in Epic Description: The Registered Nurse will provide care in the Progressive Care Unit. Responsibilities include managing patients with varied medical conditions. The nurse will administer medications and blood products as needed. Experience in cardiac telemetry and central line care is essential. Candidates must have strong skills in dysrhythmia management. Telemonitoring and non-invasive airway management are required. The nurse will participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. Floating between facilities may be required. Commitment to working holidays is necessary.
