Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU- Deliver high-quality care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements of the RN - PCU- Current RN license
- 1 year of recent PCU experience
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
- Availability for orientation from Monday to Friday
- Must work at least 1 shift per month to remain compliant
