Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse – Ohio
Start Date: October 5, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week, weekdays and rotating weekends, rotating holidays. 3:1 patient ratio. 4 weekend shifts per 4-week contract period.

- Epic charting system experience required

- Experience with chronic ventilated patients and post-lung transplant care
Requirements:
- Active RN license (compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
- Minimum 1 year of progressive care/stepdown nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
- Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
- Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, cardiac drip titration, ventilator management, and blood product administration
- Two professional references required (at least one from a manager/director or formal supervisor)
- Willingness to float within the healthcare system as needed
- Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting process promptly upon contract signing
