Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week, 1:4 patient ratio

- First-time travelers welcome to apply; minimum 1 year of PCU or step-down experience required
- Float opportunities within the health system to expand clinical skills and experience
- Weekend shifts required as part of schedule rotation
Requirements:
- Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
- Minimum 1 year of Progressive Care Unit, Step-Down, IMC, or DOU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
- Proficiency in arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP, blood product administration, central line care, cardiac and vasoactive drip management, telemetry, and wound care
- Willingness to float to other units within the organization as needed
- Two professional references required (at least one from a manager, director, or formal supervisor)
- Must complete Ohio fingerprinting process promptly upon contract signing
- Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required
