Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse, PCU- Provide telemetry and stepdown-level care
- Manage cardiac monitoring, including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
- Administer oxygen and manage non-invasive airway requirements
- Oversee cardiac drips without titration and administer blood products
- Conduct IV therapy and maintain both central and peripheral lines
Requirements of the Registered Nurse, PCU- Active New York Single State RN license
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- 1 year of nursing experience in similar settings
- Experience with EPIC charting system
