Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
- Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR certification required
- Previous Registered Nursing experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make independent clinical decisions
- Capacity to handle urgent situations calmly and demonstrate empathic patient care
