Candidates must have active life support certifications from approved vendors. Candidates from Arizona are not eligible for assignments in any facility within the state. Candidates must clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments may expedite securing an offer. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or within one week. Requests for time off cannot exceed 7 days. No requests for time off are allowed during the first week of the assignment.
