Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU- Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements of the RN - PCU- Active NH or Compact RN license
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- 2+ years of PCU/Stepdown experience
- Experience with EMR systems preferred, Cerner experience is a plus
