Experience in titrating and managing cardiac and vasoactive drips is a hard requirement. Candidates will have the option to choose one holiday, either Thanksgiving or Christmas, but cannot take both. Nurses will be expected to work with a patient ratio of 1:4-5. Every other weekend coverage is required. Orientation hours are included. The unit supports diverse patient diagnoses including CHF, Afib, chest pain, and post-cardiac procedures. Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services, physical therapy, and pharmacy services. Nurses should possess skills in telemetry, IV management, and wound care. The facility maintains a strong focus on patient care and teamwork among staff members. Flexibility is expected regarding scheduling and floating to other units as needed. References will be required as part of the compliance process prior to the start of the assignment.
