Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years current Medical Surgical experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years Stepdown experience required.
License:
- New Hampshire RN license or Compact required.
Certifications:
- Active American Heart Association BLS required.
- Active American Heart Association ACLS required.
Must-Have:
- EPIC EMR experience highly preferred.
- Charge experience required.
- Supervisory reference from within the past two years required.
- Must have own vehicle.
Description:
Integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients.
Implement nursing standards in the processes of care.
Patient ratios are 6:1 at the most.
Support staff includes 2 LNA's, a Nurse Lead, and a House Supervisor.
Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted.
No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.
Travelers may not take all holidays off.
MUST work two blocks during specified holidays.
All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.
RTO requests after submission will not be approved.
Previous travel experience is preferred.
Skills checklists for Medical Surgical and Stepdown must be current.
