Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Provide patient care on a 21-bed cardiac step-down/tele and stroke overflow unit
• Float between units as required
• Draw blood and start/manage IVs
• Utilize Epic for patient management
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4, sometimes 1:5

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications
• 2+ years of PCU/TELE experience
• Epic and phlebotomy experience within the last 12 months
• Accredited nursing degree through ACEN or CCNE
• Solid black scrubs required
