Cardiac drip experience
Dementia experience/management required
Epic experience required
Candidate must have their own vehicle
Description:
Coordinates total nursing care for patients.
Participates in patient and family teaching.
Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel.
Maintains standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
Patient population includes adults and geriatrics.
Traveler provided professional scrubs are required (no logos).
This is a small community without public transport.
Requests for time off must be noted and verified during submission.
No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.
Travelers may not request all holidays off.
Must work two blocks: Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after New Year’s Eve through New Year’s Day and weekend after.
All medical/occupational health compliance items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance.
