Nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5. Experience with Meditech EMR is preferred. Float required within the scope of practice. Weekend work is required, with blocked scheduling not accommodated. COVID-19 vaccine is mandatory, with exemptions only for medical or religious reasons. Candidates should be aware that ratios may fluctuate with census or call-ins. Orientation is conducted bi-weekly. The resource must sign an assignment confirmation within 24 hours of receiving an offer.
