- 3+ years of current Medical Surgical experience
- 2+ years of Stepdown experience
- Charge experience required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
License:
- New Hampshire RN license or Compact
Certifications:
- Active American Heart Association BLS
- Active American Heart Association ACLS
Must-Have:
- Supervisory Signed Reference from the past two years
Description:
Integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients.
Implement nursing standards in the processes of care.
Patient ratios are 6:1 at the most.
There are 2 LNA's to assist, as well as a Nurse Lead and House Supervisor.
Requested time off during this assignment must be noted and verified upon submission.
No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.
Travelers may not take all holidays off.
Must work two blocks if scheduled and needed for holidays.
