- Candidates may need to float within the facility based on census.
Description:
This position involves working in a step-down unit.
The role requires a focus on telemetry nursing.
You will provide care for patients transitioning from higher levels of care.
Staffing and scheduling details will be provided upon hire.
Patient age groups will vary, and experience with diverse patient demographics is beneficial.
Prior experience in a long-term acute care (LTAC) setting is a plus.
Team collaboration and interdisciplinary support are essential components of this role.
