# Job Opportunity – Telemetry Registered Nurse – New Hampshire**Start Date:** August 10, 2026 **Location:** Portsmouth, New Hampshire **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 12 shifts per month (3 shifts per week), 4 weekend shifts per month, 12-hour shifts, 4:1 patient ratio on a 15-bed unitHighlights:
- Cardiovascular and vascular surgery specialty unit in a Level 2 Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center
- Advanced monitoring with central monitoring station and GE equipment, Hamilton BiPAP/Hi-Flo, Baxter IV pumps, and Hemosphere systems
- LNA support (1-2 per shift) and dedicated mobility team assistance
- Meditech Expanse documentation system with structured bedside shift reporting
- Opportunities for advanced skills including chest tube management, arterial line care, temporary pacing, and pre-op cardiovascular surgery preparation
- Department leadership schedules around requested time off
Requirements:
- Active RN license in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain)
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- Strong telemetry experience and competency required
- Proven experience titrating vasoactive medications including levophed, phenylephrine, dopamine, and dobutamine
- Chest tube management experience required
- Arterial line, Flo-Trac, and temporary pacing experience strongly preferred
