Their profiles will need to be reviewed by the manager. Description: PCU Float Pool position available for night shifts. Candidates must have at least 1 year of nursing experience. Float pool may be required to work in different locations as needed. Weekends may be required based on staffing needs. Candidates must have skills in IV starts and telemetry. Experience with EPIC charting system is required. Preferred candidates should have previous charge experience. Patient ratios will be assigned according to unit staffing needs. Interdisciplinary support is available, including physical therapy and respiratory services. Special procedures for step-down/PCU-type patients will be involved. Candidates must manage various therapeutic modalities including but not limited to non-invasive airway management and cardiac telemetry. Wound care experience is required. Candidates must be prepared for a strict compliance deadline regarding credentialing processes. References from previous managers or leaders in a formal capacity are required. Education must be from an accredited nursing program.
