Must have experience in patient ratios of 4:1. Candidates must have experience in charting systems and have knowledge of various procedures. Description: The Registered Nurse will work in a mixed acuity environment. The role includes caring for patients undergoing orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures. The nurse will manage patients in critical and post-surgical settings. Responsibilities include arterial line management, blood product administration, and central line care. The nurse must be able to interpret dysrhythmias and manage cardiac and vasoactive drips. Experience with telemonitoring and wound care is essential. The position requires floating to different units as needed. The candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills and teamwork within an interdisciplinary environment. Availability for weekends and flexibility with scheduling is necessary. All candidates must comply with credentialing and fingerprinting requirements promptly.
