Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 18 months in specialty within the past 3 years License: GA or compact license required Certifications: Rhythm identification test (proctored) required upon start Must-Have: Peritoneal dialysis experience required, Insulin drip experience required Description: Mapping: Med Surg Length of assignment: 13 weeks Available start dates: Every Monday Scrubs: Navy Blue 50-mile radius policy - no local travelers Top diagnoses/procedures include: - Congestive heart failure - Congenital heart conditions - LVADs - Angioplasty - Dysrhythmias - Shortness of breath - Heart transplant - Atrial fibrillation - Cardiogenic shock - Coronary artery disease - Chest pain Top medications include: - Vasoactive drips such as Amiodarone - Dobutamine - Cardizem - Milrinone - Lasix - Bumex - Heparin - Insulin
