Description:
This position is for a Progressive Care Unit Nurse on night shifts.
The role involves caring for patients with mixed acuity.
Common cases include burns, plastic and reconstructive surgery, urology, gynecology, ENT, and oral/maxillofacial surgeries.
Special procedures include burn dressings, flap checks, and leech therapy.
Floating between units may be required as needed.
Candidates must be willing to work every other or third weekend.
Strong clinical skills in various areas including arterial line management, blood product administration, and IV insulin protocols are needed.
Experience with telemetry monitoring is essential.
Interdisciplinary support is provided including physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy.
Two professional references are required for application, with at least one being from a manager or someone in a formal leadership role.

All candidates must complete fingerprinting as part of the credentialing process.
