Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Progressive Care Unit License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Experience in a Progressive Care Unit - Ability to float to different units as needed - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Description: Rotating weekdays and weekends. Rotating holidays required. Traveler will be required to float to different units within the organization as needed. 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Estimated patient ratios 1:4. Experience in Progressive Care Unit required. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. Experience with the electronic health record system is required. Previous charge experience is preferred. Candidates must be attentive to compliance deadlines. Prompt completion of required credentialing processes is essential. Two professional references are required, including at least one from a direct supervisor or manager. No coworker references will be accepted. Education must be from an accredited program. Candidates must have a valid state nursing license upon submission.
