This role involves working with adult and geriatric patients in a dynamic environment that demands flexibility and adaptability. RN will be required to float to sister campuses and manage patients with a ratio of 4 to 6:1, depending on the patient mix.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Manage patients in a hallway setting in the ED hold/PCU float position
• Maintain patient care with a ratio of 4 to 6:1 depending on patient mix
• Demonstrate flexibility to float to different campuses as required
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems, specifically Epic

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

• 2 years of PCU experience
• BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS certifications
• FL/Compact nursing license (recent Nursys must be on profile)
• Degree accreditation or 5 years of nursing experience
