ED experience is not required, as there will be no floating to the Emergency Department. The nurse-to-patient ratio will be 4 to 6:1, depending on patient mix. The nurse will care for adult and geriatric populations. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is required, specifically Epic. Flexibility is essential, as the nurse will float to sister campuses. Degree accreditation must be documented in the profile or the nurse must have 5 years of experience.
