The patient ratio is 4 to 6:1, depending on patient mix. Nurses will work with adult and geriatric populations. The electronic medical record system used is Epic. Flexibility to float as needed is required. Travelers may float to other campuses as necessary. Submission of all required demographic information is essential for processing. There will be no exceptions for documentation deadlines. A positive culture of collaboration and support is emphasized for all staff members. Travelers are expected to function as core staff.
