Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit – Western North Carolina

Start Date: August 17, 2026

Location: Asheville, North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with every other weekend requirement; unit operates with consistent nurse-to-patient ratios of 4:1 at standard grid capacity

Requirements:

• Current North Carolina RN license or compact multistate license
• ACLS and BLS certifications (required)
• NIHSS certification (required)
• Previous experience in neuro and trauma care (required)
• Progressive care or stepdown unit experience strongly preferred
