Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU- Provide advanced care in the PCU with a focus on ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Assist in procedures such as chest tube insertion and intubations
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver excellent patient care
- Comply with bedside shift report requirements and perform nurse leader rounding
Requirements of the RN - PCU- Medical ICU experience in a large facility
- Comfortable with hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Critical thinker, flexible, and works well with others
