This role requires a strong med/surg background and familiarity with a step-down environment. Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)- Provide high-quality care to neuro patients
- Work with med/surg and step-down patients
- Effectively utilize EPIC systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient care
- Conduct assessments and implement care plans
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)- NIHSS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years' experience in neuro specialty
- Experience with EPIC systems
- Valid RN license
- NIHSS in CV packet
