Shift hours are 7 PM to 7 AM. Charting experience in EPIC is required. Weekend requirements include rotating every other weekend. Must be available to work every other holiday if needed. Floating to other units within skillset will be required. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:4-5. Patients include adults and geriatrics with long-term pulmonary conditions and post-surgical care. Nursing responsibilities include telemetry monitoring, emergency response, and interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. The facility supports interdisciplinary teams including IV, physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, and social services.
