Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Float Pool RN – Georgia

Schedule: Float Pool assignment to all PCU/IMCU floors with cardiac patient populations. Patient ratio 1:3-4. Minimal time off requests accommodated.
Highlights:
- Float to all Progressive Care and Intermediate Care units specializing in cardiac populations
- Diverse case mix including STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiothoracic surgery patients, and chest pain presentations
- Manage cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and vasopressors
- May be assigned to telemetry beds with lower acuity levels within the same units
- EPIC EMR system in use
- Large acute care facility environment with high-acuity patient care opportunities
Requirements:
- Active Georgia RN license or compact state license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of recent progressive care or critical care experience in a similar-sized facility
- Strong cardiac nursing background with drip management experience
- Badge-appropriate photo and complete demographic information required for credentialing
