Description:
This position is for a step down/med surg overflow registered nurse.
Travel experience is required.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience.
The patient ratio is 1:12, with a team nursing model that includes 2 RNs, 2 LPNs, a medication nurse, and a charge nurse.
Schedules may change based on staffing needs.
Some weekend coverage may be required on a rotation basis.
All requested time off must be included at the time of submission.
Candidates will not be accepted if they live within a 100-mile radius.
Pending licenses are not accepted, and all travelers must comply with NLC guidelines.
Candidates must have completed at least one prior travel assignment.
Candidates with EPIC experience are preferred.
The facility focuses on short-term acute care within a level I trauma center.
