Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Manage patients with acute respiratory failure, COPD, CHF, and other complex diagnoses
• Monitor and adjust medication drips such as Heparin and Amiodarone
• Perform PIV starts, blood draws, and wound vac care
• Coordinate with CNAs and support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Adapt to various units as necessary, maintaining quality care across assignments

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Valid RN license with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 18 months of PCU experience
• Competency in Bipap, Optiflow, and medication drip management
