- Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)
- Telemetry monitoring
- Wound Care
Description:
This position requires flexible scheduling.
Every other weekend is mandatory.
Compliance with facility rules and procedures is essential.
No schedule requests can be accommodated.
The traveler is expected to work major holidays if they fall within the assignment period.
Full compliance is required to start on time; delays will result in push back as per the orientation schedule.
Must be able to float within facility and scope of practice as needed.
A variety of diagnoses and patient age groups will be encountered, including adults and geriatrics.
The traveler will work in an interdisciplinary setting with support from various services.
Daily patient census and patient ratios will vary, with expected ratios of 4 patients per nurse.
Skills in managing various medical equipment and conducting specialized medical procedures will be essential.
The candidate should possess strong critical thinking and communication skills.
This position involves working closely with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide optimal care.
