Schedule: 48 guaranteed hours per week | 12-hour shifts available | 1:4 patient ratio

- 31-bed Heart & Vascular specialty unit caring for cardiac and vascular disease patients

- Work alongside experienced team of 63 clinical staff members including charge nurses, staff nurses, and support personnel
- Perform specialized procedures including EKGs, EKG recognition, pacemaker interrogation, arterial sheath removal/monitoring, and cardiac drip maintenance
- EMR system in place for streamlined documentation and patient care coordination
- Facility holds multiple accreditations including Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI, TJC Primary Stroke Center, and Level III Trauma designation
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Texas
- Current ACLS certification required
- Critical care skill set for post-catheterization management strongly preferred
- Experience with cardiac monitoring, EKG interpretation, and hemodynamic management preferred
