Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Telemetry Step-Down Unit – Georgia

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Brunswick, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Full-time nursing assignment with PCT assistance; ratios of 3-4:1 in IMCU and 5-6:1 in Telemetry/Medical-Surgical units

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license or compact state license with ability to obtain Georgia licensure
• Minimum 2 years of recent telemetry or step-down experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Cerner or similar EMR systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Flexibility to float between telemetry, step-down, and medical-surgical units
• Interview with hiring manager required
