Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel- Deliver high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit
- Manage patient ratios effectively with a 4:1 ratio
- Perform hourly safety rounding and bedside shift reports
- Participate in interdisciplinary communication to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel- RN License
- BSN required
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- 2+ years of PCU or ICU experience
