Only local candidates will be considered and must reside within 75 miles of the facility. Floating within scope of practice is required. Every other weekend availability is necessary. Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated. Flu vaccine is required; declinations are not accepted, although medical and religious exemptions are considered on a case-by-case basis. Travelers may only submit to one position at a time. Experience with patient ratio of 5 is expected during day, night, and weekend shifts. Weekly staffing will follow a scheduling pattern of 36/48 hours in a two-week pay period. Interdisciplinary support includes various services such as respiratory and phlebotomy. Patient care involves adults and geriatrics. Candidates must comply with vaccination requirements. References are required with one from a charge nurse or higher and one from a supervisor.
