This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit.
The shift is from 19:00 to 07:00.
The unit consists of 16 beds and has a staff of 42.
Staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 Patient Care Technicians on the night shift.
Patient ratios are typically 4:1.
The unit operates with a collaborative electronic medical record system.
There is no on-call requirement, but floating to other PCUs may be necessary.
The ideal candidate should be a team player and collaborate effectively with others.
