TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified PCU RN in San Antonio, Texas, 78229!

Job Opportunity – Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit RN – Texas

Start Date: September 22, 2026

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day and Night Shifts available. Patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5. Weekend rotation required. Support from Charge Nurse, Patient Care Technicians, and Unit Coordinator on each shift.

  • 29-bed private room telemetry and progressive care cardiac unit specializing in cardiac and respiratory patients
  • Comprehensive patient care including blood transfusions, IV starts, central line removals, and high fall risk management
  • Meditech EMR system with telemetry monitoring and continuous pulse oximetry
  • Collaborative staffing model with robust ancillary support including Rehabilitation, Case Management, and Throughput Management
  • Opportunity to float to medical-surgical, telemetry, progressive care, and emergency department hold areas
  • Professional dress code with navy blue scrubs
Requirements:
  • Active and unrestricted Texas RN license (or eligible for endorsement)
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications (required)
  • Telemetry experience (required)
  • NIH Stroke certification (preferred)
  • PALS, ICU, Telemetry, or Progressive Care Unit experience (preferred)
  • Strong team player with self-motivation and engagement in patient care
