Job Opportunity – PCU Registered Nurse – Dallas, Texas

Schedule: 13-week contract; 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio; 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule

- 24-bed Progressive Care Unit specializing in cardiac and vascular patient populations
- Advanced procedures including post-CABG, LVAD, valve repairs, and cardiac catheterization recovery

- EMR system: Meditech; Equipment includes Baxter IV pumps, telemetry, and mobile technology
- Bedside procedures such as PICC insertion, paracentesis, and thoracentesis
- Royal blue scrubs; floating to Med-Surg/Telemetry and Ortho units as needed
Requirements:
- Active Texas RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
- Minimum 6 months PCU experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cardiac drips (Amiodarone, Nitroglycerin, Cardene, Cardizem) required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
